Are you passionate about teamwork and events? Become a Moodmaker!
Are you enthusiastic, a good communicator, an optimist and a team player? Ready to give customers an unforgettable day? Then Moodmaker is the challenge of your dreams!

Flexible Event Host
A team walks in the morning as a group of colleagues and walks out in the evening as a crew. That’s where you come in. With a smile, a microphone and a healthy dose of energy.
What you do
You help build the set. Together with the other Moodmakers, you set up a cake factory, a chain reaction or a film studio in no time.
You take the group along in the story. You explain the challenges clearly, keep the pace high and make sure everyone joins in, from the CEO to the shop floor.
You keep everyone safe, without anyone noticing. For us, entertainment and safety always go hand in hand.
After the finale, you help take it all down. And yes, we do that with a smile too.
Your goal is simple: turn every team building into a happy day.
Who you are
Enthusiastic, sociable, no-nonsense and an optimist. You talk to two hundred people as easily as to one. You’re warm with clients and with your colleagues. You keep your feet on the ground, but you’re not afraid to stick your neck out. You speak fluent Dutch and get by in French and English.
The practical side
Our events mostly take place on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. You can regularly keep those days free.
You work as a freelancer or through a flexi-job.
You work all over Belgium, and now and then beyond.
Applying? No CV, just a video.
Every Moodmaker event starts with an introduction that wakes up the whole room. Show us how you would do it.
Record a video in which you introduce yourself. Mix Dutch, French and English, and above all: give us energy. A smartphone will do, no studio needed. Send your video to [email protected].
Who knows, your name might soon appear below, with a title that suits you.
Warm in energy. Sharp in execution.
Moodmakers are thinkers, doers, hosts, planners and creative minds. Each with their own style, but with the same drive: to get people on board, bring energy to the room and turn your teambuilding into a moment that stays.
