Choose an outdoor format when your group needs space: to build something big together, move from trial to trial or explore a city. Swap the meeting room for the open air and people move more, talk differently and step out of their daily routine faster. We come to your office or venue: company grounds, an event location or another suitable outdoor spot. Moodmaker brings the materials and takes care of the preparation and facilitation.

What if it rains?
Nobody can promise dry weather. If the weather turns, we look at tents or an indoor alternative, depending on what the venue allows. That is why we discuss the options with you beforehand. To keep the risk low, choose an activity labelled Indoor & Outdoor: it can run indoors or outdoors. Share the date and the venue when you send your request, and we will look at the possible options together.

Before you take your team outside.
Typical outdoor formats are Soap Box Grand Prix, where teams build a soapbox and race it, the Highland Games with rotating clan battles, and Citygame 100 Coins, a tactical GPS game through the city. Building Bridges and The Collaboration Game work both indoors and outdoors. Each card on this page shows the duration and the group size.
We organise outdoor activities throughout Belgium, on company grounds, at event venues and other suitable outdoor spots. In Citygame 100 Coins the city becomes the playing field, with questions, locations and start and finish points tailored to you. Tell us what space you have, and together we will choose a format that fits.
It depends on the format. Citygame 100 Coins and Building Bridges take 60 to 120 minutes, the Highland Games 120 to 180 minutes and Soap Box Grand Prix 150 to 210 minutes. To open or close the day with a short burst of energy, add a Haka (15 to 60 minutes) or Body Percussion (15 to 45 minutes). Both work indoors and outdoors.
Most outdoor formats start from 10 participants, the Highland Games from 20. The upper limit varies: up to 350 for the Highland Games, 400 for Soap Box Grand Prix and 1,000 for Citygame 100 Coins, which is played in teams of 5 or 6. Share your group size and we will suggest formats that fit.
No. In the Highland Games, physical trials are deliberately alternated with less physical challenges, so everyone gets the chance to contribute. In Soap Box Grand Prix everyone finds their place: during the building, the design or the race itself. We tune the pace and intensity to the group, so the activity stays challenging without excluding anyone.
