Working at Moodmaker is FUN. How else, because to give participants a FUN time, you first need to have FUN in your job yourself.

Event Planner is a very versatile job that requires you to organise things. Contacting venues and suppliers, drawing up schedules, etc. You have meticulous administrative skills and are no slouch. You have to be, because Moodmaker organises about 270 events a year.

On the day of the event you’re the Master of Ceremonies. You supervise our team building activities in a pleasant way. You transport the participants into the team building story and know how to explain the assignments well. Always with an eye for entertainment.

Together with the other Moodmakers, you ensure a flawless, grandiose and atmospheric event. Your highest goal is to make the team building activity a happy day. Before and after the team building activity, you’re responsible for setting up and dismantling.


A “Moodmaker” is best described as enthusiastic, sociable, no-nonsense and optimistic. You’re extremely communicative and not afraid to speak in front of a large group. You always remain open and friendly towards clients. And to your colleagues. You have your feet firmly planted on the ground, but are not afraid to stick out your neck

Your French and English are very good.

Supervising a team building activity, apart from creating a good atmosphere, also requires some physical activity. Materials need to be prepared, vans loaded. Physical activity is inherent to the job.

You have a driver’s licence B.
