A team building activity for 500 participants requires more than a fun idea. It needs a format that scales well, remains clear and ensures people actively take part rather than simply watch.
Together with We Make You Happy, Moodmaker organised a large-scale Chain Reaction for 500 participants. The objective was clear: turn a large group into active participants instead of an audience.
Participants worked in smaller teams on their own section of the chain reaction. Each team could build, test and improve its creation. But the real success did not lie in any single section. It lay in the connections between all the sections.
That is exactly what makes Chain Reaction so effective for large groups.
