Anywhere with a grass field, so not necessarily on a farm. Just like our Highland Games, the Farm Games can take place on any suitable lawn. We come to your site, or to a venue of your choice in your region. That makes it an accessible outdoor team building for 15 to 200 participants, close to home.
Classic farm games alternate with tasks built around collaboration and communication. The teams move from challenge to challenge on a rotation schedule and collect points for the final standings. You don't need to be especially sporty: just like our Highland Games, everyone can take part.
Only if you choose the sheep herding option: then you work with real sheep and border collies. All the other challenges take place without real animals. The classic farm games and the collaboration and communication tasks are simply played on a grass field, without animals.
Boots aren't needed, but sturdy shoes and clothes that can get dirty are a good idea: we play outside on the grass. In fine weather, sun cream is no luxury. If bad weather threatens, we can provide tents, or switch to an alternative activity if the venue allows. We often prefer the latter. Why let your team building be literally washed out?
