Het Fabriekspand is a former jute spinning mill in the heart of Roeselare, with buildings dating back to 1850. Architecture firm Coussée Goris Huyghe transformed it into a multipurpose event hall with industrial class and a warm, timeless atmosphere. The main hall, "the Factory", combines 2,000 m² with a pronounced character, and with several rooms, a bar, terrace, conference room and restaurant you can host groups of twenty to two thousand guests.
