Team building at Château de la Poste in Maillen, Namur

Château de la Poste owes its name to 1957, when a welfare fund for postal workers bought the estate as a holiday centre for its staff. Today it is called Domaine de Ronchinne: a castle built between 1884 and 1890, with stables, woods and a 42-hectare park in Maillen, near Crupet between Namur and Dinant. It is one of our favourite venues. We like to use all that space outdoors. On the lawns in front of the castle, clans measure up in Highland Games, and in the Soap Box Grand Prix a home-built cart races through the park. Indoors, the teams connect their sections into one Chain Reaction, or you run a bakery against the clock in Cake Factory. The estate has ten modular spaces, and the Orangerie takes up to 170 people. The big advantage is that everything happens in one place. With 80 bedrooms for up to 200 guests, a restaurant, a bar and an outdoor wellness area with a heated pool, your team building becomes a proper retreat, less than an hour from Brussels and Liège. The estate can also be booked for exclusive use.
